Shipping policy

We offer shipping and local pickup options. Storefront pickup is available at selected times.  At this time we are not offering local delivery.

Pickup

We try to have orders ready for pick up within 24 hours of placement. We will update you once your order is ready for pickup and arrange a time for you to pick up your items. 

Shipping

We ship through Canada Post, within Canada with different shipping options. All rates and options will be stated at checkout.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, however, we try our best to ship all orders out within 2 days of an order being placed.

Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All shipping methods have estimated transit times per shipping option. 

Please note: We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our location. As you may already know, there are worldwide delays in terms of shipping, so we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause with your order.
